HOW IT WORKS
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to your session. Shorts and a loose t-shirt are ideal.
No! Just wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
Please arrive at your session bathed, as safety and hygiene are important. Please refrain, too, from wearing any lotions, perfumes or scents of any kind. If work is to be done on the face, please refrain from wearing makeup or lotion on your face and neck.
Your appointment time is scheduled especially for you! To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. For all appointments missed or canceled with less than a 24 hour notice, full fees will be charged. At this time cash and checks are accepted.
If you must arrive late, your appointment time will be necessarily shortened by that amount of time and you will be charged the same for a full appointment. Being on time assures you receive the full benefits of our work together.
All clients are expected to pay in full for services rendered at the time of service either with cash or check. While I do not accept insurance, flexible or health savings plans typically allow for soft tissue therapies and clients often file for full or partial reimbursement. I will be happy to provide a receipt via email and you can file with your insurance company at your convenience.
New clients will be asked to sign an Informed Consent form before treatment begins. Any questions you have should be discussed at this time. Please feel free to request any and all information you need about the services in order to ensure your experience is positive and productive.
HOW WE HELP
I work with clients who have gained relief from many different kinds of pain and health issues. The techniques I use can stimulate your bodyโs own self-healing abilities, improve your blood and oxygen flow, decrease chronic and acute pain, stimulate organ function and ease anxiety and depression. It can also increase alertness, encourage restful sleep, restore emotional balance and promote an improved sense of overall well-being
